AUGUST 25, 2007 -- The California province welcomes three visitors from other provinces. Sr. Marcela and Sr. Nan of the Chardon, Ohio province have just arrived to begin the National Novitiate. Sr. Bernarde of Germany has been visiting the California and Kentucky provinces during her time away from St. Julie's Mission in Buseesa, Uganda.
AUGUST 6, 2007 -- Support the Coalition to Abolish Slavery and Trafficking by shopping at Trina Turk this Thursday evening. Champagne will be served and 20% of proceeds will be donated to CAST. Get details.
AUGUST 1, 2007 -- RSVP NOW if you're planning to attend the Women's Twilight Retreat at St. Corneilus, 5500 East Wardlow Road, in Long Beach this Thursday, Augsut 2. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m. and reflection begins at 7 p.m. Contact Sr. Kathleen Burns for details.

JULY 23, 2007 -- Two billboards and ten transit shelters in the Los Angeles area have been donated by outdoor advertisers to help the Rescue and Restore Campaign for victims of human trafficking. If you see one, snap a pic and send it to lisahelene@sndca.org
