SEPTEMBER 30, 2006 -- WELCOME, SR. PAULINA AND SR. AQUINA!
These Sisters of Notre Dame are visiting from Korea in order to learn about ministries with Koreans and Korean-Americans here in California. Sr. Aquina will also travel to the National Associates Gathering in Ohio.

SEPTEMBER 18, 2006 -- Sr. Mary Kristin Battles travels to Buseesa
As provincial superior, Sister Mary Kristin visits Uganda annually to keep abreast of the developments at St. Julie Mission and to support and encourage the sisters. This year there is the added joy of being present for the first profession of two young Ugandan women as Sisters of Norte Dame. Sister Mary Amony and Sister Mary Immaculate will pronounce first vows, October 7th.

SEPTEMBER 14, 2006 -- Sr. Kathleen Burns will host the monthly Taize service from 7-8:00 p.m. tonight at St. Corneilus Parish, 5500 E. Wardlow Road in Long Beach. Stay tuned for her monthly schedule.
SEPTEMBER 14 , 2006 -- This Sunday, September 17, five women will be received as SND Associate Candidates before the 11:00 a.m. Mass at Notre Dame Center. This first step is followed by a year of formation in preparation for making a Covenant in the spring. Congratulations to this year’s candidate class:
